I started my career training in hatted restaurants in Melbourne, my passion of seafood was born. Being a chef has allowed me to travel and fulfill my two passions, food and surfing.
My food knowledge and skill has developed whilst working throughout Europe and Australia. I have been privileged to be a part of exceptional teams in award winning restaurants including Bacash in Melbourne, Porthminster in St.Ives Cornwall, UK and Harvest in Newrybar.
I am passionate about creating exceptional events. I have developed a solid understanding of the area and the seasonal produce available, which allows me to create personalised menus.
