The booking process

  1. Initial enquiry – Reach out via phone, email, or our website.
  2. Sample menu and quote – We provide a sample menu and quote. Additional details may be requested to ensure accuracy and personalisation.
  3. Refinement – The menu and quote are adjusted, including any necessary hire equipment.
  4. Booking confirmation – Secure our services by signing our terms and conditions and paying a $2,000 booking fee. A receipt will be emailed as confirmation.
  5. Tasting option – For events with over 100 guests, we offer seasonal group tastings.
  6. Event summary – A detailed summary is created.
  7. Four weeks prior – 50% of the remaining balance is due.
  8. Two weeks prior – Final guest count and dietary requirements are confirmed, and the remaining balance is due.
